Ceiling Suspended Air Handling Units

These units are designed for small commercial and industrial applications requiring ducted system. the complete package unit contains a belt drive or direct driven motor blower assembly and coil enclosed in a aluminum profile or GI sheet forming body.

Features

Capacity
Different units sizes offer a wide capacity range from 1200 CFM to 6000 CFM for belt driven and 1200 CFM to 4000 CFM for direct driven, with total static pressure capability up to 50 mm WG.

Casing
The Air Handling Units are of self - supporting type with modular panels. The frame structure is made of specially profiled aluminum channel or in GI sheet forming channels. The frame structure is obtained with nylon corners. The Panels are of doubled skinned galvanized sheet injected with polyurethane foam (PUF) density 38kg / cubic m., and are available in 24mm. The outer skins of panels are 0.6 mm pre coated galvanized sheet and inner skin are of 0.6 mm plain Galvanized / Aluminium or Stainless sheet.

Fan Section
The SISW or DIDW type forward curved for normal static pressure / backward curved for high static pressure are statically and dynamically balanced. Using rubber or spring isolators with canvas connection for vibration free smooth running isolates the fan. The motor is kept on the isolators with common base frame so that it doesn't cause any vibration

Coil Section
The coils are fitted in the coil section to facilitate easy with drawls. Drain pan is properly insulated to ensure maximum protection against condensation and is supplied in galvanized or stainless steel with threaded drain outlet.

Filter Section
Filter section channels are designed for 25 mm thick Expanded Aluminum Mesh Washable Pre Filters with easily removable facility.
