Air Washer
Features
Unit Capacity
Sant manufacture a wide range of Air Washers from 1500 cfm to 150000 cfm or even Larger in multiple sections, however the standard size table is limited to a maximum of 50000 cfm.
Casing
The standard casing includes the Wet and Dry sections. In Double skin construction the structure is made of hollow aluminum profile with nylon corners and panels are made of 0.6 mm thickness pre - coated outer sheet and GI inner sheet. The panels are insulated with injected PUF (38 kg/cubic m.) / EPS slabs / Kini Foam. In Single skin construction the structure is modular type, made of GI hollow profile and are mechanically bolted with Top and Bottom Tray. Panels are made of 18g. Or 16g. (Thickness varies according to the size of unit)
Pad
The wet section contains imported or equal Rigid media in 12" or less thickness at 85% saturation Efficiency. t is formed in layers of mechanically corrugated cellulose paper, this paper has high water - retention properties, has been impregnated with insoluble anti - riot resins. The air passing through the channels formed by the corrugation evaporates the water present in them, resulting a highly effective and effective cooling
Blower
The Blower used in Unit are imported or indigenous and is centrifugal type Forward Curved for normal static pressure / Backward Curved for high static pressure applications, Mounted on Rubber Isolators for smooth and quite operation. Blowers are Dynamically and Statically balanced on FE make computerized Balancing machine
Sump
Water circulating 'Wet section' tank provided in Galvanized Iron with inner FRP coating. Tank also available in Stainless Steel.
Motor
The motor used is Drip proof mounted on specially designed adjustable motor base. Electrical supply normally is 3 ph / + / - 415 volts.
Plumbing
Plumbing includes a float valve, re - circulating pump with distribution piping. Material used in wet section piping is GI Class - B.
Flat Flter Section
Filter section channels are designed for 50 mm thick Expanded Aluminum Mesh washable Pre Filters with easily removable facility.
